Two people. Lagos-based. Opening our first inspection hub near Trade Fair, Ojo in August 2026.

The problem has been the same for years: small vendors in Lagos can't hit Trade Fair carton minimums alone, so they buy from distributors who add 20–25% on top. And even then, there's no inspection — you pay, it ships, and hope for the best.

AuraLogical sits between Trade Fair importers and small vendors. We buy in bulk at carton rates and pass those prices to vendors for a 5–7% take. That's the supply chain fix.

The trust fix is the inspection hub: every order verified by video, sealed with a QR tamper tag, and held in escrow until the buyer confirms it's right.
