By accessing or using AuraLogical, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

AuraLogical is a wholesale hair reseller based in Lagos, Nigeria. We source hair products from Trade Fair importers, inspect every order by video, apply QR tamper seals, and deliver nationwide via GIG Logistics.

3. Eligibility

Our service is available to hair buyers in Nigeria and Ghana. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

• Orders are placed and managed through our website at auralogicalhair.com/shop

4. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are subject to change based on supplier costs. Payment is due on pickup unless otherwise arranged.

5. Delivery

Lagos delivery is included in the product price. Orders to other Nigerian cities and Ghana are shipped via GIG Logistics at the quoted rate shown before order confirmation. Risk of loss passes to buyer upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

Every order is video-inspected and sealed with a QR tamper tag before shipping. If the QR seal is intact on delivery, the order is confirmed — no returns. If the seal is broken on arrival, the return is accepted automatically. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
